I am a wife and a mother to 4. This blog is brand spanking new and launched in February 2018 so I hope you’ll stick around and grow with us! My blog is geared towards those interested in living a healthy, natural, stress free and minimalist living. Topics ranging from natural cold/flu remedies to how to bring your inner crunchy out, sharing the minimalist concepts I love, organization tips and everything in between!


So, if you don’t already know, you’re probably wondering what in the world is ‘Crunchy’ and what is a Minimalist…and to be truthful, there’s no exact definition of either and you’ll find various explanations of both. I’ll give you mine-

 Crunchy, referring to granola- that of which a natural, hippie-esque person would eat- is a lifestyle choice. It’s the conscious decision to live a life of natural and healthy decisions for both myself, others and my environment.

Minimalism is yet another characteristic in which it’s definition can vary from each person. To me, minimalism doesn’t necessarily mean sitting in the middle of a bare living room while eating ice chips, it’s another conscious decision to live your life in a way that makes YOU happy, less stressed and putting priority to the things that DO matter.


At the end of the day we all want the same things essentially- to be happy and healthy. This blog is just a little way for me to share some of the ways I make happy and healthy happen for my family.  I’d love for you to join in, read, learn, share and maybe have a few laughs along the way!
